XC Confidence Clinic Somerford Park Grassroots Development Field

Changing your mindset can make an incredible difference to your confidence and boost your riding performance!

This Clinic is aimed at those riders wanting to improve their confidence on the XC field. I work with many grassroots riders helping them to achieve their goals and step up to the next level. Somerford Grassroots field is the perfect way to build confidence with all of the fences being 95cm and under!

I am a BHS Qualified Stage 2 coach in Complete Horsemanship, Centre 10 Advanced Coach and specialise in Equestrian Performance Coaching. Centre 10 is a training organisation ran by leading sports psychologists. The APEC Gold intensive training course provides top coaches with the skills and practical methodologies to develop the mental strength and resilience required to be successful in sport weather it be for competition or be for fun and enjoyment!
